Negotiate, draft and comment on agreements for actors, writers, directors, producers, executive producers, casting directors, costume designers, consultants, minors, company executives. Deals have included deal memos and agreements for services (direct hire and loanout agreements) with production companies and studios; with managers, agents, publicists, advertisers, merchandisers; for personal appearances; name, voice and likeness releases; book publishing, option, acquisition and fan club agreements; LLCs and corporations.
