Deals have included test option agreements, agreements for services with production companies and studios; direct hire and loanout agreements for actor, writers, directors, producers; profit participation agreements (net profits and modified adjusted gross); agreements with managers, agents,
publicists, advertisers, merchandisers; agreements for personal appearances; deal memos; name, voice and likeness releases; book publishing agreements; agreements for commercials and ads; agreements to option and/or acquire properties; fan club agreements; employment agreements; LLC’s and corporations.
